AVH places food orders every Monday. Those orders arrive the following Friday, and we reach out to you when they are ready for pick up.
Foods that we stock are distributed on a first come first serve basis. If we do not have enough to fulfill your order, it will be placed on Monday’s order.
If you are looking to place a large order (more than 2 bags/cases) please email us and let us know.
For out of town orders, a packaging and shipping fee will be added to your order.
Orders are held for 1 week, then they will be refunded and put back. If you are not able to collect your order in a week, please email us and let us know.
Special order wet foods are only available by case, not by individual can.
Hills, Science Diet and Royal Canin offer palatability guarantees on all foods. If your pet won’t eat it, bring it back to us for a full refund.
